Configure a session and start. Work rounds alternate with rest. Pause freezes the timer; resume continues it. Ending a session records elapsed time and fully completed rounds.
Highlighted screen targets record correct responses, wrong taps and response delay. Combination callouts are prompts only. They do not detect punches or verify movements.
Streaks count dates with a completed round on this browser. Personal bests and records are local, not a global leaderboard. Reset removes them.
